Terms and Conditions: 

1. Acknowledgment: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. 

2. Eligibility: The contest is open to resident homeowners of the Kansas City metro area who are at least 18 years old. 

3. Contest Duration: The contest will begin on March 2nd, 2023, and will end on March 17th, 2023. 

4. Offer Terms: To enter the contest, participants must like, comment, and share the contest post and like the official Stain Right KC Facebook page. 

5. Prizes: The winner will receive our washing and staining services for free on their fence or deck, which could be up to a $7,500 value. 

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random on video. 

7. Prize Delivery: The winner will be notified via a comment reply from the official Stain Right KC Facebook page. 

8. Disqualification: Stain Right KC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or compromises the content of the contest. 

9. Disclaimer: Stain Right KC shall not be held responsible for any technical difficulties, malfunctions, or failures that may prevent the selection of the winner or the winner's acknowledgement of their selection. 

10. Rules: The rules of the contest will be made public and available for every participant to see. 
 

11. Stain Right reserves the right to not stain rotted wood and choose the transparency of the new finish.
